To qualify for DENTBUSTERS franchises you must demonstrate within our selection process that you: - Have excellent hand/eye coordination Strong social skills And lastly but perhaps most importantly... the determination and willingness to succeed  

If you have a previous background within the motor industry this is obviously an advantage, however if this is not the case, we will not discriminate this against you, we believe that if you have the determination to succeed, and the willingness to learn a new skill, you could still be a successful candidate.

Shaun Ridgway, founder and Managing Director, has been in the SMART*repair industry since 1992, having spent most of his adult life within the motor industry, Shaun proceeded to offer the trade his skills as a vinyl, velour and leather repair specialist in what was then a relatively new area of expertise and skill. His reputation as a skilled SMART* technician rapidly grew, and over the coming years Shaun focussed his skills on the craft of paintless dent removal and developed his own unique process to add to his growing services. In 1994, DENTBUSTERS was launched offering a wide range of SMART*services to the motor retail industry aswell as the private sector. Our reputation is built on the trained skill of our craftsmen; aswell as supplying our team with the highest quality USA manufactured tools available.
